- Get an email about your eTA application. Most applications are approved within minutes. OR
- You may need to submit documents before your application can be approved. If this happens to you, an email will be sent with instructions within 72 hours.

Canada-Super Visa View
Requirements

- a letter of invitation from your child or grandchild who is a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident of Canada that includes:
- a promise of financial support for the duration of your visit
- the list and number of people in the household of this person
- a copy of this person’s Canadian citizenship or permanent resident document
- proof that your child or grandchild’s household meets the minimum necessary income; examples include:
- Notice of Assessment (NOA) or T4/T1 for the most recent tax year

- A minor child in primary or secondary school or an exchange or visiting student
- Letter of Acceptance - a student who has completed a short-term course or study program, which is a condition for being accepted at a DLI。
- Have a temporary resident permit (TRP) valid for at least 6 months , or their family member。
- A spouse or common-law partner (and their family members) being sponsored to immigrate。
- A person with a study permit from a visa officeabroad, and the permit was issued before you got to Canada, who wants to keep studying。

Canada- Spouse/Common-law Partner Open Work Permit View
Requirements
Requirements:
- Your spouse/common-law patner has a valid work permit, and work as NOC 0, A, B.
- Your spouse/common-law patner has a valid study permit (at least 8 months before it expires)
- A complete permanent residence application has been submitted under the SCLPC class and is currently being processed, or has been received by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada for processing
- A Canadian citizen or permanent resident spouse has submitted a sponsorship application on their behalf,
- The SCLPC class applicant resides at the same address as the sponsor,
- The SCLPC class applicant has valid temporary resident status or their application for restoration of status with authorization to work has been received and the officer is satisfied that the SCLPC class applicant is eligible for restoration
